Service Description
A frontline charity to meet the needs of poor and homeless people, over 18 years of age, in the Sydney area by connecting them with professional services that can assist to break the cycle of poverty. Provides free meals to the needy every day, counselling and outreach services. Food parcels are distributed to disadvantaged families and healthcare professionals deliver primary healthcare services.
