Service Description

A support and service organisation for people with mental health issues and disabilities. Provides NDIS services, along with other services such as support for families and carers, support coordination of services to assist with care and community needs, employment and education, health and wellbeing, and community connectedness. The helpline offers referrals and information for people experiencing mental health issues, their families, friends and carers.
