Service Description
A support service for people 18 years and older, with intellectual and physical disabilities. An NDIS provider, working with individuals, families and carers to offer advocacy, liaison to other supports, personal and domestic care, supported accommodation, leisure activities, personal and home care, and psychosocial rehabilitation and resources to assist with recovery.
