Health services provided to families, and individuals. Includes Nursing, Assessment, Referral and Counselling, Occupational Therapy, Sexual Health, Physiotherapy, Speech and Language, Podiatry, Diabetes Service. Community Mental Health is onsite and provides mental health services for adults, children and adolescents.
