SMART Recovery Australia

Service Description

A group program that assists problematic behaviours, including addiction to drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, gambling, food, shopping, internet and other addictions or problems. Groups are guided by trained peers and professionals, using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and motivational tools and techniques. Groups run throughout Australia. Facilitator training is also provided.
