Service Description

A free youth health service for young people aged 12-25 who are experiencing a physical or mental health issue. Young people have access to a variety of experienced and friendly staff including GPs (Doctors), counsellors, psychologists, dietitian, work and study specialists, and family counsellors. Also provides referrals to other services. Some of the reasons young people access headspace Wollongong include; fights with family or friends, past or current concerns about bullying, relationship break-ups, mental health issues (such as depression or anxiety), problems at school or work, physical health concerns, sexual health, substance use or sometimes feeling like something isn't quite right. No matter what you are experiencing, there is no problem too big or small.
