Service Description

A fee free service for young people aged 12-25 years of age providing early intervention Mental Health and Wellbeing services, Alcohol and Other Drug support, Physical and Sexual Health, Work and Study support, other services and referrals to other services if required. This can look like concerns about yourself, a friend or family member, questions about sexuality and/or identity, relationship issues, stress, wanting information about sexual health and contraception, wanting to know more about substance usage or reduce your usage and just not feeling great or want to feel better. headspace also provides groups for young people, education around mental health, volunteering, online support through eheadspace, our website, and social media.
