A community hub that offers programs and services to the local area. It enables people to become involved in their community and to meet new people and promote social inclusion. Services include aged care services to assist people to remain in their own homes for longer, CHSP. Home Care Packages, Training, Workshops, Courses, Community Garden, and Stars Volunteer Recruitment.
