Child Protection Team John Hunter Children's Hospital
Service Description
Specialist medical, social work and psychological services for children who have experienced physical abuse, physical violence and neglect. NOT for those who have experienced sexual abuse. The service does not provide counselling. It is available to inpatients and outpatients or to those who present to Emergency. Also provides specialist out of home care and comprehensive assessments.
