Service Description
Community health services provided, including Speech Pathology outreach from Hornsby Hospital, Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Play Group, Toy Library, Healthy Lifestyle classes, Early Childhood Health and Home Visits. Services are available for frail aged individuals Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
