Service Description
Follow up on investigations or reports received from the Helpline, in relation to physical abuse, sexual abuse or neglect regarding children. Casework is provided but no counselling. There are programs on child protection. Reports taken for any matters relating to child abuse or neglect. There is a separate service for mandatory report by organisations and community workers.
