Witness Assistance Service

Service Description

Assistance and support for victims of crime and vulnerable prosecution witnesses. Provides information about the legal process, information about other services and individual needs and requirements, contact with lawyers handling the case and support to attend meetings with lawyers, information about victims' rights and giving evidence and support through the prosecution. Also assists with court preparation and giving evidence.
