Service Description

Family and Carer Mental Health Program Western Sydney strives to improve carer wellbeing, resilience, coping skills and relationships. The Program offers Education and Training to build resilience and improve the ability to cope with the challenges of caring for someone living with a mental illness. The Program offers Individual support providing emotional support, information and referral pathways and Support Groups focusing on Carer strengths and skills building and connecting with other Carers to share experiences.
