Provides advocacy and support services for people from a refugee background and migrants from a non-English speaking background. It promotes a culturally diverse community with support of social justice and community development principles, including support of disadvantaged communities from refugee or migrant backgrounds. It facilitates and provides social, recreational, cultural and community support services.
