Auburn Hospital
Service Description
A public hospital with 137 beds for acute care, and acute surgical patients. Provides general health care and emergency services, specialist surgery, paediatrics, and obstetrics. Outpatient services include cardiac, rehabilitation, ante natal, diabetes clinic and free breast screen for women 40 years and older. There are no mental health inpatient services, but will be referred to Blacktown Hospital. It is a major teaching hospital with University of Notre Dame.
