Service Description
A day care service for the aged and frail, people who are socially isolated adults or mildly disabled. Provides health assessments, activities, health information sessions, multicultural groups- Italian, Sri Lankan, Indian and English speaking, Social activities and outings, and music appreciation groups. For ages 65 and above.
