Parramatta Community Health Service
Service Description
Provides a variety of community health services for people of all ages, including Nursing, Sexual Health, Allied Health and Counselling, Needle Exchange Program, Drug and Alcohol Program, and Refugee Clinic, Children's Health Services, Occupational Therapy, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at 9:30am. Community nurses provide palliative care, and support for people with chronic health conditions. There is day respite for older people and those with dementia.
