Concord Centre for Mental Health
Service Description
A public mental health hospital with several units specific to needs and treatment requirements of patients. There is a multidisciplinary team of staff members for each unit, including nurses, psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers and occupational therapists. Units include Extended Recovery, Acute Recovery, Adolescent Unit, Continuing Care, Intensive Psychiatric Care, High Dependency Units both male and female, Recent Onset Illness, and an Older Persons Unit.
