Service Description
For young people, 16-25 years, who are managing their mental health and who may have complex needs. We provide free assistance to find safe, affordable housing and ongoing support to develop the skills for successful tenancies. We welcome and include young people from the LGBTIQA+, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and newly arrived communities.
