Launchpad Youth Community

Service Description

Provides a client centred service to young people aged 16-24 years of age, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. It works in collaboration with partners, including Metro Housing, and City of Sydney to identify and support clients and offer case management. They work with partners to provide low, medium and high support to young people who are sleeping rough, couch surfing or in transitional or community housing, looking for sustained accommodation and outcomes.
