SDN Brighter Futures Early Intervention Program

Service Description

A support program for families with children up to 9 years of age, or who are expecting a child, and require additional help with challenges they are facing. The program provides families with the necessary support and services to help prevent an escalation of the problems they are facing. Provides early intervention and placement prevention services. Support includes families having difficulties with disabilities, mental health issues, drug and alcohol misuse, family violence or difficulty with parenting.
