Service Description

Counselling for a range of personal and family issues including stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, postnatal depression, loss & grief, relationship difficulties, sexual and domestic and family violence including art and play therapy for children and adolescents. Counselling can be for individuals and couples. There is a 9 week support group for women who are affected by domestic and family violence and an 8 week group for parents with children in out of home care. Also running a 6 week resilience based group for children between 8 and 12 years old.
