Service Description

Conducts independent merits review of administrative decisions under Commonwealth laws. It reviews decisions made by Government ministers, departments, and agencies. Reviews may cover child support, workers compensation, family assistance, paid parental leave, social security and student assistance, taxation, veterans entitlements, migration and refugee visas, Australian citizenship, NDIS, passports, bankruptcy and other legislative decisions.
