Service Description
Community Health Care Centre providing a range of services including counsellors, community nursing, aged care, occupational therapy, physiotherapists, sexual assault (24 hours) and health services, dieticians, speech pathology and several more. Also offers sexual health, immunisation, cardiac rehab groups for heart and lung, diabetic education, drug and alcohol worker, audiologist, breast care nurse, needle and syringe exchange, chronic disease managment.
