Service Description

A community organisation that assists people of all cultures within Greater Western Sydney. It is available to those people who are most vulnerable and in need. It includes youth, children, seniors, people with disabilities and humanitarian entrants. Programs offered range from aged care for people 65 years and olders, disability services, case management for new arrivals, information sessions and support groups. For migrant services, must be living in Australia for five years or more. NDIS and Home Care approved provider. Now with National Community Connectors program (NCCP) helping people to access the NDIS.
