Western Aboriginal Permanency Support Program
Service Description
Provides out of home care and foster for short and long term care options to Aboriginal children and young people 0-18 years of age. The program is aimed at those children who have experienced varying levels of trauma, loss and separation. A care team works with carers to provide support specific to the needs of the child or young person in care.
