Central Coast Tenants Advice & Advocacy Service

Service Description

Provides telephone and face to face advice to tenants on their rights and obligations under the Residential Tenancies Act, and related legislation. Advocates for and negotiates on behalf of tenants to their landlords and real estate agents, and provides advice on preparing cases for NCAT hearings. Will also represent vulnerable tenants at NCAT hearings. Available to people who are tenants in community housing, boarding house, public housing, shared accommodation, residential parks, private or public housing.
