Service Description

Established in 1980, Bathurst Seymour Centre is a local service for seniors, people living with a disability and carers. Our aim is to enable people to live independently and to maximise their participation in community life. We listen to what clients want and provide services designed to enhance their well-being and quality of life. What we provide - Brokerage, Social Support � Group and Individual, Community Participation, Flexible Respite, Centre-based Respite, Meals, Transport, Outreach Programs Centre Groups - Seymour Centre Men�s shed, Digital Literacy Program, Community Visitors Scheme, Community Care Calls, Social Support Groups.

Hours of Operation

Monday to Friday from 9am-3pm (Centre), 8.30am-5pm (Admin)
