Service Description

Provides a range of programs focusing on illness prevention and health promotion for families and young children. Parents can refer regarding emotional and behavioural problems--does not see families but will see individuals for support. Also provides some educational groups in relation to parents including positive parenting, groups regarding child with anxiety and also women with depression. Psychologists and social workers provide counselling for a limited number of sessions. Paediatric speech pathology, health checks for children to 5 yrs, baby clinic-by appointment. Drop in clinic weekly. Waiting times do apply for some services. There is a play gym for children 2-5 years.
