Bridges For Learning

Service Description

Provides therapy and support for children 0-15 years of age, and their families. Provided by paediatric professionals, a plan is developed to support the child's growth and development with consideration of the family needs. Services include meeting NDIS plan goal, private therapy, early childhood intervention therapy and educational program, group programs, helping children with Autism, training and information for families, preschools and childcare centres and schools, home visits, preschool and school visits.

Mon-Fri: 9am-5pm
