Service Description
Our Family Support program offers support to vulnerable and disadvantaged families with children aged 0â17 years in the local government Area. Support is provided through home visiting, referrals, advocacy, individual support and 1:1 parenting work. Our program focuses on early intervention and crisis prevention through case management.
