Service Description
Transitional housing and support for pregnant and young women aged 16-25 years with children, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Services provided include case management, referral pathways towards stable long term housing solutions, home visits, access to parenting, living skills, employment and education, advocacy and referral.
