Service Description

Provides comprehensive pregnancy counselling and case management for Women and Girls, including teen Mothers. Offers an outreach service through home visits and hospital visits. Assists women and girls in reducing the 'risk' of having physical/emotional problems caused by lack of emotional support before, and in the months following the birth of their children. They advocate for awareness of appropriate management of children aged 0-2 years. They arrange referrals in the community and assist to maintain links for women and mothers with existing services and networks.
