Service Description

A community based program for young people aged 12-18 years of age, who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. The services provided include accommodation, counselling, mediation and support with a focus on family reconciliation. Support is available for financial issues, alcohol and drug abuse, mental and physical issues, newly arrived refugees- including survivors of torture and trauma, education, and parental issues.
