Centre 360 Youth and Family Service

Service Description

A creative, strengths-based and trauma-informed counselling service for young people aged 12-24 and their families. Providing individual counselling, in-school counselling, outreach to meet young people where they want to be met, and therapeutic groups in schools and at the Centre, including parenting groups and a mentoring group. We cover a range of experiences including but not limited to trauma and loss, abuse and neglect, family struggles, mental health struggles, substance dependencies, school related issues, homelessness, and juvenile and young adult offending. Must meet our criteria of financial disadvantage: Centrelink benefit, Family Tax Benefit B, and/or other financial disadvantage. Young person should live, study or work in the following LGAs: City of Sydney, Randwick, Waverley, Woollahra or Bayside (east of the airport).

Hours of Operation

Mon-Thu: 10am-6pm; Fri: 10am-5pm

Referral can be made by anyone known to the young person/family or self-referrals by calling the Centre, or online at www.centre360.org.au/make-a-referral. Note the economic and geographic criteria.
