Service Description

St Laurence House (SLH) provides medium-term accommodation and therapeutic casework to young people aged 16–24 who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness. We provide two housing programs: • A semi-supported shared house for up to 6 young people who are 16-18 years of age. • A transitional housing program for young people 16-24 years of age. We work in a trauma-informed and culturally safe way, recognising each young person’s strengths and stage of development. We support them to make their own choices and take the lead in their lives.
