University of Newcastle Legal Centre (UNLC)

Service Description

Provides free legal advice and information on a range of matters. Referrals will be made if not able to assist. In order to access legal services a legal advice clinic must be attended first. Client interviews are conducted by current law students and then advice or referrals are provided by a UNLC solicitor. Older Person's Legal Clinics operate throughout the year for clients 60yrs and over (50yrs & over for indigenous clients). Outside University Semesters these are by appointment only.
