Southern Sydney Tenants Advice and Advocacy Service

Service Description

Provides free telephone information, advice and assistance to tenants in private and public housing, people in caravan parks, houses, retirement village and boarding houses. Assistance is given with writing to landlords and real estate agents, or to prepare for Tribunal hearings. Representation at the Tribunal is possible for highly disadvantaged tenants regarding terminations or illegal lockouts. Information sessions are available.
