Provides an independent way of resolving complaints for customers of all electricity and gas providers in NSW and some water providers. Other services include assistance with paying bills and Water Payment Assistance Scheme, providing vouchers for energy and water bills to people experiencing financial hardships. Assistance to extended payments times or paying over a period of time.
