Service Description

The Energy & Water Ombudsman NSW (EWON) is a free, fair and independent dispute resolution service. If you can't resolve an issue with your energy, gas or water provider you can come to us. We investigate complaints by community workers and advocates, energy and water customers and small businesses. We can provide information about: emergency assistance, payment options and Centrepay, government energy and medical rebates, assistance programs offered by your provider, tips to save energy and water and reduce your bills.
