Child & Family Health Centre
Service Description
Services are offered to families with children from birth to 5 years of age. Individual consultations, support, education and information on parenting are provided. Support is available for sleep problems, breastfeeding, parenting, emotional wellbeing, and management of postnatal depression, toddler behaviour, growth and development, child safety and domestic violence. Nurses are able to offer a home visit during the first two weeks following birth.
