Hall Ward The Children's Hospital at Westmead
Service Description
An acute, 8 bed specialist Mental Health Ward for 6 - 15 years. It is for both voluntary and involuntary patients. It is for children and young people who are experiencing mental health issues, such as psychological or behavioural problems, disorders associated with psychosocial circumstances and trauma. There is a school classroom so that children do not fall behind in their regular school curriculum while in hospital.
