Service Description

An independent community organisation focused on social justice through provision of legal services and support for women and children affected by domestic and family violence. The legal service operates in South West Sydney and provides advice, representation and referral for people who cannot afford a lawyer and delivers community legal education. The Womens Domestic Violence Court Advocacy Services are provided in South West Sydney (Liverpool, Fairfield and Canterbury-Bankstown) and Sydney (Central Sydney, Inner West and Waverley). Referrals for this service are from internal sources. The domestic and family violence casework services are provided in Liverpool, Fairfield and Canterbury-Bankstown.
