Service Description
A community organisation that provides services and programs targeted for vulnerable families and individuals, promoting early intervention services to vulnerable children, families and communities. Creating event, activities and additional programs such as food pantry, breakfast van, referral to supporting agencies, administration, and training in various short courses. SNRC also run the 'Made in Scone' Cafe with all proceeds going back into the service.
