Adult Mental Health Service - Rehabilitation and Assertive Follow Up Team
Service Description
Assists people who are seriously affected by mental illness to live independently in their own home. Team helps with relapse prevention, access to employment and training, education, information, support for the family, counselling, social activities, housing and medication issues. Can help clients for up to 6 months. There is a Mental Health Inpatient Unit at Gosford Hospital. For people 18 years and older.
