Service Description

Provides a range of services for young people aged 12-25 years. Includes casework, counselling, crisis intervention, information and referrals, advocacy, outreach, community education, early intervention and prevention group work programs. Programs aim to strengthen family resilience and risks, improve pathways and networks for young people, and provide community involvement. Outreach services offered through Wesley StreetSmart, including crisis intervention.
