Service Description
Provides a range of services for children and young people aged 0-25 years. Includes casework, information and referrals, advocacy, outreach, community education, early intervention and prevention group work programs. Programs aim to strengthen family resilience and risks, improve pathways and networks for young people, and provide community involvement.
