Educational self-help programs and community-based workshops to assist people living with the consequences of trauma to find hope, healing and peace. Residential programs and Workshops for people and organisations experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, cancer, PTSD, chronic pain and other illnesses. Workshops for communities and regions affected by natural disasters. Holistic, science-based approach to resilience & wellbeing. NDIS provider. Suicide Prevention Australian accredited (Moving Beyond Trauma and Healing Your Life programs).

Mon-Fri: 9am-5pm (General Enquiries), Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (Program enquiries and bookings)
