Northern NSW Aged Care Assessment Team
Service Description
Provides aged care assessments to determine the care needs of a persona aged 65 years and older, and their eligibility for government subsidised aged care services. Residential care, low or high care and residential respite care are offered to frail aged people when they are no longer able to remain at home without assistance. Home care packages are also provided.
