Hastings Macleay Aged & Community Care Service
Service Description
Provides comprehensive aged care assessment to clients 65 years and older, and to Indigenous people aged 50 years and older, and their carers. Assistance is given for assessment of Commonwealth funded programs and to assist older people to remain at home. Programs include Completion of Aged Care Client Record (ACCR), Delegation for Transitional Aged Care Program (TACP), and reclassification of care level.
