Lawson Community Health Centre
Service Description
Provides a range of services for people with complex, aged and chronic care needs including nursing, day respite for older people and those with dementia, counselling, dietetics and OT. Services for younger people are available with specific criteria. Aboriginals and Torres Strait lslanders are eligible from age 45, also services for palliative care, frail aged and complex needs clients.
